I cannot recommend this place highly enough. My 9 month old frames got a crack in the arm, causing them to fall apart. I called to see if they could be fixed and the gal working the desk (I so wish I could remember her name) said she'd look at them but the office was closing at 5 because the doctors were out and she had to work through lunch that day. I couldn't get there until a little after 5 so I told her I could come in another day. She insisted that I head over and she would wait for me. And when I got there, she fixed me up with some new frames, free of charge under their 1 year frame warranty. I'm sure many of us have worked through lunch before too and we can vouch for that fact that that is so above and beyond what she needed to do for me. I've moved across town and there are so many optometrists nearby, but I'll be coming back to this office as long as I can!
